Identified as Randy Bruce Clayton, born October 12, 1953. He was from the Phoenix area and was living in Oklahoma at the time of his death. Rest in peace

RIP Randy. Kind of interesting that the only suggestion and then ruleout was a different Randy. I wonder what his ethnicity was, he does look like he could be mixed race but mostly white. Or he could just be a more tanned white guy.

As a first tentative assessment, skull measurement stats as ethnicity determinator are legit but shouldnt be publicized until DNA testing took place. Id say about 70%-80% of anthropological assessments are accurate but in the case of the rest, the "untypical" ethnically ambigous skeletons and multiethnic people the results can be very misleading if not correct and hinder or stall an identification.
