*Scheduling Conference Hearing (@ 11am CT) - KS – Patricia “Tee” Fitzgerald (68) (Dec. 20, 2019, Olathe, stabbed to death by her daughter) - *Mollie Maxine Fitzgerald (38/now 44) arrested & charged (12/31/19) with 2nd degree intentional murder (felony 1). $500K bond. [Is still at the Mental Health Prison as of 2/7/24] Johnson County
Judge Timothy McCarty presiding. Prosecutor McMullen & Hurst & Defense attorney Henderson.

7/17/24 Update: Plaintiff appears by Hurst, defendant appears by attorney Henderson as standby. In care & treatment custody, continued by defense. Defendant ordered to personally appear at next court hearing via Zoom. Next scheduling conference on 1/8/25 @ 11am.
11/18/24 Docket update: [83] Invoice. 12/17/24 Docket update: [84] & [85] Order assessing fees/statement of costs. 12/31/24 Docket update: Case note: Statement of costs sent.
