Gibson is described as five-feet-nine, weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Gibson has a tiger tattoo on his lower right arm, and an eagle tattoo with his name on his upper arm.

Disabled Emporia man missing

According to a Facebook post by Michelle Billings Gibson, Roger Gibson was last seen at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, when he left his group home. Gibson is mentally disabled but not violent.
