Description:
Crane was last seen near El Dorado, Kansas on February 19, 1982. He and his younger brother drove separately to meet another man to collect money owed to them. When they arrived, Crane told his brother to leave and said he would meet up with him later. He has never been heard from again. Crane's family went to his apartment on east Harry but nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
His vehicle was later found abandoned in front of a nightclub at the corner of Lincoln Street and Governeour Road in Wichita, Kansas, but his family doesn't believe he drove it there himself.
The man Crane went to see in El Dorado was later incarcerated for violent drug-related crimes and died in 2006. Crane was also involved with drugs at the time of his disappearance and his family believes he met with foul play as a result. His whereabouts remain unknown.
