What (if any) is the significance of the overnight bag?

CBS 12 reports that friends and family said Schneider didn’t bring an overnight bag with her and it’s something that she takes with her everywhere, even when she isn’t staying away from home

She was reportedly last seen waiting outside her house for the Lyft ride, correct? So it seems she either just forgot her bag or chose to leave that behind. Why? Is there any importance in that bag being left behind or were friends/family mistaken when they said she always brings it with her?

This part of the same article also stuck out to me:

Schneider recently lost her mother, father, and stepmother within a span of little over a year. Since then, her weight has fluctuated and she may weigh around 90 pounds at this point, Shields said.

Initial reports listed her as 5'8 and 110 pounds. 90 pounds would be a 20% weight loss which is a pretty significant amount, especially being so small to begin with. According to this link, the weight of a 5'8 adult female should be around 126-154.

Thanks! Been meaning to make an account but am from wichita and have been following this case since it broke. Apparently the body was in a field by the train tracks down by Seneca. (Which is just east of the meridian you see on your map).

There are reports she was going to Haysville to meet an ex-boyfriend, so that may be why they are looking at foul play possibly.

Volunteer searchers looking for Savannah Schneider found a woman’s body in a field alongside railroad tracks near Haysville on Saturday.

The searchers found the body in an area where the Wichita Police Department and Sheriff’s Office had searched with cadaver dogs on Tuesday, Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Brad Hoch said.

I have not seen any reports and I know I am on the fence about what I think could have happened. I do think LE has a pretty good grasp on what transpired though.
