If you look at her brother M's timeline on facebook he makes a reference to a tattoo she has but it's not the one

Her brother has mention of a tattoo on his FB page, but it's not the one in the picture. If someone harmed her I can't see them transporting a dead body from Kansas to Georgia. There's too much risk of getting pulled over and in summer temps there is no way there would not be the smell of death coming from the back of a vehicle should a cop pull them over.
Not likely, but it does happen... Also, it does not mean that he couldn't have taken her while alive to GA. IMO...

Yes, but even if he kept her tied up (no way she would have gone willingly after he tried to burn her alive in her home by setting fire to the place), on a drive of that distance he would have had to let her use a bathroom. If I'm being abducted? - I go into the bathroom at a public place or rest stop, lock the door and start screaming my head off.

With all of the open desolate territory in Kansas, there was no need to have someone either kidnapped or dead in my vehicle for the 18-hour drive to Georgia in my opinion, especially with a warrant out for my arrest. He originally lived in Texas, (public record search). If he was going to go into hiding after harming her that's likely where he headed as he would have friends there.

Missing Liberal, KS woman arrested in Amarillo, accused of dragging officer with stolen car
Police located 25-year-old Shaila Schlenz and 26-year-old Charles Abdnor who both gave fake names to the officers. Police say the suspects were in a car that had been stolen out of Kansas.

Schlenz had been reported missing from Liberal, Kansas.

When police tried to remove Abdnor from the car to identify him, he accelerated the car with one of the officers holding onto him, dragging the officer and causing the officer to fall to the ground.

Schlenz and Abdnor drove away, and officers located the abandoned car at Southeast Third and Mirror.

Police found both suspects in the 300 block of South Aldredge.
