I realize this is a property crime, but AFAIK they don't know who did this or why, and it's just the whole idea of the thing.

I think these types of crimes are despicable. It is just total disrespect to the community, the spirit of all we stand for as a country. And it certainly is a crime of property destruction. That statute wasn't cheap. I can't believe they wont be able to locate those responsible.

Police reported on Monday that they had located the truck used in the crime. Arson investigators have now joined the investigation as Wichita Police Chief Joe Sullivan urged the suspects to turn themselves in.

“There will be an arrest,” Sullivan said. “But we’re going to make sure when we (make an arrest), we will have a solid case.”
