He wasn't as irate as I thought he might be, but still obnoxious. I bet his victims families have lost a lot more than sleep from his crime...how dare he say that.

So the judge is going to maybe sequester the jury for the death phase starting tomorrow.

Yes it sounds like they are going to sequester the jury. I will be glad when he is in prison.

Frazier Glenn Cross hopes to convince jury he was driven to kill

Cross has said his hatred for Jewish people drove him to do it, though none of the people he killed happened to be Jewish.

Cross hopes that this hatred is one of the mitigating factors that will convince the jury to sentence him to life in prison instead.
