Neither ONE Of Seacats lawyers are easy to listen too. The grammar, the thought process...

Horrendous.

Agree they ain't no Atticus Finch but I think sanity has a friend in this judge. He doesn't seem to put up with much foolishness from either side. I think this judge wants to retire within his lifetime and will demand things move along.

This is a riot... Listening to the lawyers whisper..

" Ask him at which point he changed his story... "

What they heck does the control panel in the interview room have to do with ANYTHING?

I haven't figured this out either. lol

I think this defense is quickly sinking! insert sinking ship here!

Did Falk whisper something about the witness 'changed his story'?

I didn't hear the attorney ask that question of the witness. Can the jury hear these 'whispers'? Tainting the jury?

Next defense witness, Monty Weldon, another neighbor of the Seacat's.
he wears earplugs to sleep but was awoken by his dog

I don't know..

Are we back to the neighbors?? What the heck for???

I don't get all this non evidence...

You went to sleep??

Did you awake??

This neighbor wears ear plugs....

So he did not hear anything until AFTER the ammunition blows up...

He assumed because people just moved in they would burn it down???

WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE???!

Another math question. Oh boy.

I've lived there about 3 years.

Attorney- So that is @ May of 2011

Hello! That is only two years in my world.

HA.. O/T but the way when the train whistle sounded? I had a clear picture of Wiley Coyote riding it right through the wall here..

This trial reminds me of scenes from Roger Rabbit where toons show up all over...

Well you must live in an alternate universe.

Notice when the witness says the distance between him and the other person is to 'that wall'
and the attorney doesn't dare say how many feet that would mean.

HAHAHAHAHA

nanu nanu.

I am enjoying these witnesses.

'I woke up Saturday to the fire'. very nonchalant like Thursday are for riots and Mondays are for hail and tornado storms.
