I think this was an attempt to get her to drop the divorce because it wasn't financially good to either of them. Wrote out an proposed budget to show her and say "See? This doesn't make any sense".

Could be....or maybe none of these discussions took place at all except in Mr. Seacat's imagination after the fire????

Oh Seacat has made a huge error in judgement taking the stand; he is so full of it. Let me elaborate: When people are telling the truth; they speak fluently without pauses, they know what they know ie the truth. This man; continues to pause and in his stammers and pauses he is thinking of what to say next indicating LIES and nothing BUT lies. IMO

I mean; he is worse than Jason Young!!

DH and I have hypothetical conversations about how we would spend our lottery winnings if we hit the jackpot.

Vashti moved out of the house for a "period of time" in 2009??.

2 times we got serious about divorce, 2009 and 2007..

In 2009 Vashti moved out for a time..

2007 she learned she was pregnant. WE knew she was pregnant and were still talking divorce...

BACk to the 29th... This guy is killing me!


"well after we closed on the budget, Vashti was sitting at the table.... she said or i said so this is the budget we are going to stick to.. or this was my budget... This is the budget we are going to stick to for the next 3-6 mos.. She said, So we are staying married? ANd I said.. WE ARE STAYING MARRIED."

That last statement was chilling to me.. Cold the way he just said it.

Doesn't sound like he gave her ANY option for a divorce. Boys were raising cane. He TOLD her they were staying married. Control freak. He's a liar. He wrote down how it will be..period.

Vashti didn't really look at him at that point.

She said, "So we're staying married?"
He said, "We're staying married."

wow - he sounds like a super control freak. I guess I'm lucky - DH gets paid, hands over his paycheck and viola. Bills get paid, and what's left (fun money wise) I put in a drawer for him to help himself (and I'm a SAHM). He never complains!

"Told kids to get in bed, Both hopped into the ir beds, Then I went to master, I was going to change into sleeping clothes, And I started to get undressed.

I started to get undressed and I had gotten off my socks and shirt and necklace and then one of the kids came in and I scooped him up and took him to bedroom and laid down.. Said time for night night..

He laid down with the boys.

He fell asleep right there.. Chuckling..

He is a piece of work.

I hope him taking the stand was his idea, because I'd refuse to think there was a lawyer incompetent enough to advice BS to because he think BS would make any kind of good impression on the jury. He's so unbearable, and so cold.
