The door was locked. He got up and opened the door. The previous witness said she saw papers on his desk, divorce papers, eight or nine legal documents. Brett confirms that is true. The papers were on his desk.

Mr Seacat's voice sounds surprisingly like his defense lawyers voice. Strange!

Vashti met him at a Target parking lot. Vashti told him he was going to be served divorce papers at the counselor's office. Vashti had the two boys and another woman with her.

He was sitting in his vehicle in the Target parking lot. They were pulled up along side each other in separate vehicles. He looked at Vashti and said, "Am I getting served?" She nodded. Then, later said he was going to be served at Suderman's.

He thinks Vashti texted him to meet her there in the Target parking lot. Brett is getting quite forgetful of the specifics.
