First day listening to the trial..confused and trying to get somewhat caught up. Reading some old tweets from Wild About Trial.

Has there been a witness to confirm Seacat's allegations of Vashti's affair with the VP of Cox?

There is a picture to the back of my leg - I'll have to look at it. This is a picture of the back of my left calf. I have to be honest (LOL) I can't make out any singed hair in this picture.

Withdrew 933.00 from checking account on the 13th.

Sgt. Sowers also took piccies of his foot (all introduced into evidence). His pictures are better, and I think the swelling was a little bit more apparent.

Had interview at 4:57 off the kitchen at LEC. I was pretty upset at the time, but I would probably agree with 1-1.5 hours. I thought it was an hour.

During the first interview, just 1 interruption. I had to go throw up.

Interview ended around 6:30. What events took place.

I didn't participate in much of anything. I was at the LEC trying to keep it together. SS came and took pictures. Some family members showed up. At one point, uh, Connie Suderman called me. I can't remember all else. There was a lot going on, I also got examined and photographed by the KBI before the 2nd interview took place.

During the 2nd interview I was asked just details, a more detailed version of what I told CH that morning, because I gave the....I was very upset during the first interview, or the first version. The 2nd interview was more detailed of the first.

What did you leave out?

I left out the details, and that I didn't tell him we were going to have a custody fight and I wouldn't let V see the kids anymore. I left that out.

I don't remember leaving anything else out. I remember telling him about the kids.

Why did you leave the other statements out.

At that point I didn't think anyone needed to know about V's infidelity.

Um, yeah except for his decision to threaten V that he would make it so she could not even see her kids, that he would expose her "affair" and make sure she didn't have a job. Such a nice fellow, what a way to mess up your children because he is a bitter little waaaaaaaaaahhhhhh baby who has to have things his way. Take those things into account and it seems pretty obvious he is a total nightmare and most likely a murderer.

When one parent makes the other out to be a total horror, doesn't love the kids, doesn't tuck them in and play with them, shuts doors and turns off their night light (because they are afraid in the dark). I want to see who's car has the child proof seats in it.

Sure he had borrowed his parents truck. Look in his PU at True Value. Any kid seats in it? Didn't daddy of the year love his kids so much that he took them every where he went.

What does that day care owner mean when she says she only met Mr Seacat once or twice during the entire time the boys were at her day care?
