i made it,have i missed much? damn this super nice weather and hyper kiddos

I'm no expert, but remember basic fire training. Don't go down the stairway. How would Seacat know the stairway was safe? Toxic fumes permeate very quickly. You hit the floor. Exit out a window.

Um, yeah except for his decision to threaten V that he would make it so she could not even see her kids, that he would expose her "affair" and make sure she didn't have a job. Such a nice fellow, what a way to mess up your children because he is a bitter little waaaaaaaaaahhhhhh baby who has to have things his way. Take those things into account and it seems pretty obvious he is a total nightmare and most likely a murderer.

I'd say you nailed it raisin!

I got the kids onto chores and off TV...so now I can set the bad example and watch HLN. :blushing:
OMG his eyes in the picture they are showing on HLN right now...Scott Peterson DR picture...swear to god those eyes are dead! Yikes!

"With your experience in law enforcement..." I think this is going to be an excellent ongoing theme during the cross.

When one parent makes the other out to be a total horror, doesn't love the kids, doesn't tuck them in and play with them, shuts doors and turns off their night light (because they are afraid in the dark). I want to see who's car has the child proof seats in it.

Sure he had borrowed his parents truck. Look in his PU at True Value. Any kid seats in it? Didn't daddy of the year love his kids so much that he took them every where he went.

What does that day care owner mean when she says she only met Mr Seacat once or twice during the entire time the boys were at her day care?

BBM, I would assume that means she brought them to daycare and she picked them up.....and there was that one or two times that he showed up instead! Geez I am the grandma and I have met all the daycare providers for all 7 of my grandkids, even the ones that live 500 miles away.

Wish the court would allow streaming of the pictures and Seacat's hands.

Yes, I left the LEC after 3:00 PM.

I went to my parents house. No, I'm sorry, I went to True-Value right across the street, and picked up my Ranger.

The Red Ford Ranger remained at the LEC

(how many rangers does this dude have)?

Children's day care testimony. Did you discuss this with anyone outside the family?

Yes, I did. Um, I'm pretty sure I was called by V's boss Jane B. I told Jane what had happened, and I don't remember if it was the morning of the 1st, or the morning of the 2nd, that I met with the boys daycare provider. I met with them and told them what had
happened.

Talking about what was found in the home.

I recognize that as our dining room.

Lots of documents left on table (exhibit 98). That evening, you told us, that you only grabbed 3 to 4 pieces of scratch paper, and the balance of those items were in your office. Is that correct?

Yes, the office is where we kept the scratch paper (in the shelving unit of that room).

That is a photograph of the paper try where we kept our scratch paper.

Do you see any paper in the tray?

No.

Voire-dier

State: did you take that photo

BS: NO

State: do you see the evidence placard?

BS: Yes

State: Do you know when the photo was taken

BS: Yes

State: How

BS: It's noted in the report

(all this over scratch paper - yikes).

Sustained as to foundation

Defense: did you have a shelving unit in your office

BS: yes

Judge pissed - leading, and he already ruled on it. Let's have that discussion.

What is so important about this scratch paper.

Believe it or not, cross my heart.... My Maternal Great Grandmother's name is Vashti I always thought wow, what a beautiful name. I hope someone in our family gives her a namesake, and I pray for justice to be done in this case!!!
