i would love to see Juan have a crack at this guy,i'm sure his questioning would make BS's mask slip and show his real self.

i'll say it again. this guy is the worst.defense.lawyer possibly ever

i like this judge,no nonsense as it should be

This female prosecutor seems very good. Since she is a woman, BS will have a difficult time. Juan is not the only amazing prosecutor on the planet.

I like this judge way better than JSS. I also like the judge in the Zimmerman case. NO nonsense. Cut and dry. Hardly any sidebars. Ruling from the bench.

BS said he didn't know how to torch the hard drive on the computer and had to be shown how. But... he owned a blow torch?

Just another mystery of the universe? LOL

What is the deal with the scratch paper? He used it for the fire?

I'm pretty sure they are two different types of torches. We have a propane torch. It's a "wand" looking thing that you screw into a propane tank. Great for burning off pastures etc.

Love me some Kelly Siegler, the female JM to me. This lady is awesome too, the prosecutor. I am loving everything you said...the firm judges in both case.

" didn't think it was appropriate to drag Vashti's name through the mud". But on the other hand, shooting her in the head and setting her on fire was acceptable. :banghead:

Blah blah blah affair wit hthe Vice President, blah blah blah. This one is soooooooooooooo full of sh... I am sure the affair -IF REAL, burnt his macho ego like nobody's business.

He told interrogators about two affairs Vashti had before the birth of their children.

He didn't tell of his threats that he would make her lose her job.

He didn't think it necessary or appropriate to be dragging his wife's name through the mud.

Affair with the VP, he said he ought to call Cox, Vashti said he was married and had kids, and he thought about it and he didn't see it was good to drag a lot of families down.

Just remember folks, the only way he is allowed to say any of this affair crap is the judge said, if he wanted to spew it then he would have to get on the stand. His word is garbage.

On to may 12th interview.

Agent filletti and agent Newsom

I love the judges tone...
Not so much the defense...

When asked about Vashtis affairs at the time of interview he only told them about 2 of them.

Other than this and that, your statement today is consistant with the statement you gave to the police? Oh Crap....other than having lots of money I might be rich too........

(my words)

  • #1,315
Oh, he didn't tell interrogators about his threat to send a bunch of private pics of Vashti out either.

  • #1,316
ok i have to say, that gun is freaking huge! i don't know how big Vashti was etc but i doubt i could lift that to my head/neck.

hope he enjoys his life in prision

Not to mention the kick when it was fired, which would have been substantial considering it is .44 caliber that was loaded with .44 magnum ammo at the time. I can't see any way it would have ended up underneath her either. The pictures of it clearly show it was exposed to fire and that the rounds left in it had cooked off due to the fire.
