was thee anything else left out of this interview, that you told this jury about?

No, I really don't know, I can't think of anything.

As far as I can remember, my statements have been consistent (other than not being honest with giving overall information).

Did you identify to them the statements to V on 4/29

No, I didn't say the threat about if this went to court I would send a bunch of pictures out. I didn't tell them about that. I did them that I would take the kids.

I can't think of anything I want to correct (with the jury).

Mr. BS you understand the charge.

Yes

Do you love V

Yes

Did you kill V

No I did not

Did you pull the trigger

No I did not

Did you set the house on fire

No I did not (LAUGHING)

Did you endanger either of your sons?

Absolutely not

Your Honor I have no other questions at this time.

HE LAUGHED FOLKS, HE LAUGHED!

BS said he didn't know how to torch the hard drive on the computer and had to be shown how. But... he owned a blow torch?

What is the deal with the scratch paper? He used it for the fire?

BBM

Could be what the state will allege, that he brought home a bunch of paper to aid in setting the fire.

Whoohoo, prosecution up in 15 minutes!

No future questions.....

let the fireworks begin!

(after a short break, 15 minutes)

The DID YOU QUESTIONS.

He actually has a preposterous kind of laugh at one point.

15 minute recess.

" didn't think it was appropriate to drag Vashti's name through the mud". But on the other hand, shooting her in the head and setting her on fire was acceptable. :banghead:
BS and JA really need to get together...they are such great people who just wanted to protect the reputations of their "loved" ones:banghead:

Oh...he chuckles when asked if he set the house on fire. :furious: Sounds like they are winding down. Bring on the cross.

  • #1,327
Oh yeah! Now I remember that's where the brain damage came from!!! :seeya:

Sorry...:blushing: Is that why your name is CUCKOOHEAD?? :seeya:

Not to mention the kick when it was fired, which would have been substantial considering it is .44 caliber that was loaded with .44 magnum ammo at the time. I can't see any way it would have ended up underneath her either. The pictures of it clearly show it was exposed to fire and that the rounds left in it had cooked off due to the fire.

Are there photos of this? Someone posted a pic of a Ruger (sp?). It looked like a small cannon. Who wants to blow off half their heads for their family, loved ones to see? In my world = Someone murdered.

Oh man I have been waiting for the Pros. to be up. I need to get some crepe toppings. I put the word out and now my kids are stopping in to eat after they finish work :scared: Guess I'll have to wait until later to get caught up.

Did Seacrest not take notes of what not to do from the CMja case? He is his own worst nightmare.

i had the same thought.

they are just being "forced" to now because of the big bad prosecutors taking them to trial.

have to say,he is such a coward imo for not showing his face. beats me why because we all know what he looks like and have seen him in court playing brett seact the "lawyer"

Melanie and everybody else thanks for giving us a blow by blow of the testimony. I can't hear alot of what is going on and really appreciate it.

The giggles and inappropriate laughing is showing us a glimpse of the monster under the skin. Just like others who hide behind their hair or hands but peek thru to look at those gruesome coroner photos.

which is odd...narcissist innocent JA wanted to have her face shown. Well they would still get along great anyway lol

Divorce papers already filed, now add these affairs he keeps sticking into the case, and you have an angry man who wanted his wife dead. I think he is already done, but I sure will enjoy when Prosecution gets a turn.

That could be it but I don't want to commit to it until I review my notes, records and police sheets.

Is the slow speech some kind of technique that a Defense Attorney is supposed to do.

Or are we just faced with a bizarre coincidence?
