UGH, you don't need freaking extra days for mitigating factors. Just hang him already.

I know. :(

Look at him. Stone faced. He is one angry dude.

I was hoping to see remorse, or disbelief, Something that said, it was not true but no.

I always want to believe that it is not true. That someone could not really deliberately do something like this to someone...

It is heartbreaking what people can do with no regard of human life.

It almost seems as if the big man was purposefully blocking Seacat from the camera.

Fantastic, quick and efficient!

I am wondering if those plain clothes LE guys are men he used to work with? Boy, I imagine what they must be feeling right now too.

Thank you live feed for letting us see Mr. Seacat chained and cuffed in his go to court suit! LOL

Man I feel bad for his parents. They certainly don't deserve this pain either.. Look what he did to so many people... Such a shame

I do too. Their daughter-in-law was murdered. Their son is going to prison for life. They may or may not have access to their grandsons. Thanks Brett.

YEAH!!!! Brett, how do those handcuffs feel, buddy?

LOVE it that we get to see this.

Sounds like they are setting a date for aggravating factors....hopefully that is for the sentence of a hard 50 for Mr. Seacat!

Using your post to say I heard the defense talking about Mitigating factors also. yuk

Defense said they needed more than 30 days so the judge was looking at maybe August.

Hells bells, I didn't cry until the camera panned to her family....then I let loose. I just can't imagine how happy they are, and how tormented BS's mom and dad will forever be.

Boo hoo for her, I was a middle child in a single parent home, doesn't give me a right or legal reason to slaughter anyone because my mom had a baby after having me. Jeolousy(sp) gets you no where. Well, we see where it got Jodi:jail:

I hear you Irisha! I am the oldest of 4 and I remember not liking my baby sister because I wasn't the baby anymore but my mom and dad told me how important I had become by being the big sister and protector. And I did try to protect my younger siblings. I love them to death and never took a baseball bat to any of them. IMO there was something wrong with Jodi clear back when she was a kid.
