Seriously scary to think he will get out of jail and be walking among us.
My ex tried everything to convince me to come back including calling cps ....because I worked 40 hours a week and my sister who was working for the federal government babysat them...Cps worker was his friend from the neighborhood bar!! I made them take it to court .I proved I took care of my kids and he refused to work and pay child support (which was $$25.00 per week for 2 kids like that wasn't even enough for school lunches) CPS worker lost her Job (conflict of interest ) so it isn't that all ladies go back it the circumstances they are in and the support being there to help them get away and be on their own 2 feet!

No, sorry, I was just being sarcastic...I always assume when a baby goes missing and the dad is the last to see them that the dad either totally lost his temper or he didn't want to pay child support. I probably shouldn't be so cynical.

The skeletal remains were sent to the Sedgwick County Regional Forensic Science Center who confirmed the identity as 56-year-old Donald Cook of Wichita.

Thursday, July 11, marks four years since the last known sighting of a Wichita infant named Vincent Moore.

The four-month-old was last seen in July 2015 with his father, Gary Moore Jr.

He said he dropped Vincent off with his mother, something the mother denies.

Wichita police say finding the now 4-year-old boy will take some new piece of information. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 316- 267-2111.

An infant disappeared in 2015 in south-central Kansas. Now, family is clinging to hope for the safe return of Vincent Moore.

Vincent was last seen on July 11, 2015, in south Wichita with his dad, Gary Moore, Jr., according to Wichita Police. The boy was reportedly last seen near S. Hydraulic and Tulsa. A blue diaper bag, that was supposed to be with Vincent, remains missing.

Police did arrest Moore, but never charged him with the anything related to his son’s disappearance. Moore claimed he left the child with his mother -- something she's denied.
