Golubski was arrested by the FBI in 2022. Prosecutors are also collaborating with seven additional women who have alleged sexual assault.

The charges outline accusations that Golubski sexually assaulted one victim on multiple occasions between 1998 and 2001 and another victim between 1999 and 2002.

The trial is expected to last up to 17 days, with court dates scheduled through mid-January 2025. Numerous legal filings, including sealed documents, jury questionnaires and motions, have already been processed in preparation for the proceedings.

If convicted, Golubski could face a life sentence.
