Kurt Cobain, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ron Goldman Targeted In The Celebrity Cypher

I am uploading the pics from some of the worksheets I have done on the breaks in the Celebrity Cypher Card from 1990.

The card seemed basic and produced a multi use system from the one strand of symbols taken from the Zodiac Ciphers. The one cipher was decoded using a single alphabetic substitution of the symbols to produce the message, and then a shift of 3 was identified by a hint, whereas it created the format for a secondary message.

Results from Alphabetic Substitution:

After the shift of 3:
RON O BLED PLEASURE IN OYL
PURE EIZ YL OL FBI LIZ

The 3rd message is derived from a direct read of the card as if it was an encrypted alphabet that had to be sounded out

IS COURTNEY LOVE BAND CAMP IQ

The card was used to set up these targets and they were spun into the saga behind the "Stars" of the Zodiac.

He targeted Bob Crane as well right before his death.
