Found Deceased KY- Adam D. McCoy, 41, Metcalfe County, 24 May 2019

The Metcalfe County Sheriff's Office issued the following press release Monday afternoon in regards to a missing person.


"On the evening of Friday, May 24, 2019, Adam D. McCoy left his residence on Glen Shaw Road in Metcalfe County. Adam was driving his 1984 GMC pick-up truck, blue and gray in color, bearing KY license plate 251YZC. Adam’s destination was unknown.


Adam has not contacted any members of his family since he left the residence. Adam is 6’ tall and weighs approximately 190lbs. Adam has a medium build. Adam has green eyes and brown/partially bald hair. Adam has a tattoo of a confederate flag and an eagle on his right shoulder.

Anyone with any information as to Adam’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office at (270) 432-3041 or the Kentucky State Police in Columbia at (270) 384-4796."

He is still missing. This MSM article states Adams age as 41:

The Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a man.

According to authorities, Adam D. McCoy, 41, left his residence on Glen Shaw Road May 24. McCoy was driving his blue and gray 1984 GMC pickup truck. The license plate is Kentucky 251YZC.

Hmmm. I wonder if he goes stretches at a time between contacting his family/friends? That truck is pretty distinctive looking. It’s great that they put it on his missing poster.
