I'm so curious on the reason behind this. They were friends so it wasn't random.

Glad this guy was arrested. I hope the family can find a little comfort in that. Now I hope they get the rest of the answers they need.

Lexington police say crews that dove into the Kentucky River Friday afternoon recovered evidence related to a homicide investigation.
This was the second time police have searched that portion of the river in recent weeks. Crews were there in December, but police wouldn't say what they were looking for at the time.

On Friday, police had blocked off a section of Old Richmond Road near the Clays Ferry bridge, only allowing residents into the area.

Roberts also would not say whether the investigation was tied to Alex Johnson, 32, who has been missing since Dec. 20.

Police in Pharr, Texas tell us they arrested Robert Markham Taylor on Wednesday at a hotel just a few miles from the Mexican border. They say they got a tip from Lexington Police that he was in the area.

Taylor is charged with murder, kidnapping, and tampering with physical evidence in the disappearance of Johnson.

According to his Facebook page, and people who know Taylor, he used to work at a restaurant next to the river near the search scene.
This body was found in/near the river.
