Desperate search: Family of missing mom looking for Kentucky's help

46-year-old Amie Owens has been missing for nearly a year. Family says they were last told Owens was in Kentucky.

Her family stated she told them she was living in Kentucky but didn't disclose where. That initally seemed a bit odd to me in that she had kids and grandkids but she may have had her own reasons for not disclosing that.

According to her family her middle name is Gale.

I found nothing in Kentucky, and in Ohio ONLY checked the county in which Cincinatti is located (Hamilton) but as of last month there is an active capias warrant on an open case (one that involved a failure to take a chemical test after an OVI (alcohol and or drug of abuse) with a notation in the court records that she had 3 previous DUI's. The refusal to take the chemical test charge was dismissed, the OVI case was NOT dismissed. However, I think the warrant may be due to monies owed the court rather than a failure to appear for a hearing, as there weren't any notes related to a recent hearing, only a recent judge assignment (though usually those are noted in the records as a capias pro fine warrant).
