39-year-old Carl Smith has been missing since June 24, 2018. Smith was reportedly last seen off Felts Lane at the Little Drive Apartments. Smith is described as being 6’1” tall, 230 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white polo shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes.

A Corbin man was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing a trailer from a southern Pulaski County property.

Carl J. Smith, 39, was charged with theft by unlawful taking (over $500 but less than $10,000).
