The Laurel County Sheriff's office is searching for a missing woman.

Chastity White, 40, was last seen March 3 at 2 p.m. off Racoon Creek Road.

Deputies said she may be driving a red Ford Focus with the Kentucky tag number 012XLD.

Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at 606-864-6600 or 606-878-7000.

Family members said they last heard from White on Thursday, when she emailed them. They do not know where she was at that time.

Authorities revealed individuals searching for driftwood noticed the body a short distance off the road. The sheriff's office did not reveal whether foul play was involved related to the death.

Anyone with information concerning suspicious activity along Tillman-Bethel Road over the past month is asked to call HCSO at (270) 826-2713.

No, they have not release that info, yet.
They are not saying anything concerning whether they think foul play was involved in this persons death. Yet, they want to know if anyone had seen anything suspicious in the past month. That is all I was commenting on.

if it was not "suspicious," i'd think her car would be found somewhere around the area, or? her car must be missing if they are saying she "might" have been driving it. that, together with the police asking if anyone saw anything "suspicious" SCREAMS "suspicious" to me!

Her mom has posted on FB as of Monday that she is missing... you can find her on Chastity's fb page , initials PJ. But, then another person is receiving a lot of prayers and sorrow... so it may be her. She is a beautiful woman and mother of two.

The woman found referenced above had "shoulder-length hair". Tiffany kept her hair quite short so it may not be her. Sheriff’s Dept. able to ‘tentatively ID’ human body found on Sunday

I wonder if they were trying to let the public know that it was not Savannah Spurlock that was found without saying as much? I was looking through the missing from KY on WS and not too many with blonde hair. There is one with shoulder length blonde hair missing from last year...
