She has the long brown hair and fits the age range of the deceased. Was last seen with bikers so I don't think it too far out of the range of possibility she could have ended up in Kentucky. There is the possibility sightings of her after may have been a different girl. I think she resembles the sketch.

What do you all think about Sarah Rachel Tokier? Looking at the NamUs profile, similar nose and larger forehead like the sketch. Tokier's family reports 1976 or 1977 as when she went missing, assuming it's 1976, the timeline fits. Height is off by 2 inches but the Jane Doe's is estimated.

Despite the estimated age difference, Sara Griffin may be a contender for this unidentified female. Sara’s hair was long and wavy at the time of her disappearance the previous November. She took off with an acquaintance of the family and had a suitcase with her. This acquaintance was known to be aggressive and carry a weapon.

The shape of her eyes, her eyebrows and especially the unique shape of her nose is very similar to JD. Height is within 1”.

Was trying to darken the shaded recon drawing to isolate the features but zooming in on the comparison of both noses shows the unique shape of both. Looks the same.

Hard to know about the good possibility with this match given some of the stat differences, primarily hair color (although noting AP doesn't show hair as very red), and length of time since disappearance of Miss King. I do think however that she has the strong nose and chin mentioned in the articles and also is with reasonable range of other stats - age, ht, wt. Given she had run away several times previously, and we don't really know what was going on at the time she disappeared, I do believe she should be considered.

Noting in the May articles a couple of posts above that

* the skull was going to be shipped back to the Dry Ridge Post of the Kentucky State Police
* body was recovered close to a "lovers lane" (hard to imagine that is just coincidental, but possible)

They do have a lot of the same facial structure. As you already mentioned, age is a concern - not so much with the original estimates, but once the profile changed to indicate a much younger person.
