How many times have we seen on here where a victim was found on the perpetrator's family property? I hope Crystal's family gets some closure or at least some answers.

I'm from a rural area in Kentucky much smaller than Bardstown and while the roots run deep and corruption is a result of that murders didn't happen. In my opinion and life experience the further you go east into "them thar hills" the more violence is used to settle differences.

Quite a coincidence that the memorial for Officer Jason Ellis was vandalized last week. Wonder if someone pitched a hissy fit because LE are (hopefully) getting close to solving this?

The FBI descended on the Houck Family farm at 7:30 am EST this morning. They have searched here previously but they seem to have narrowed down what exactly they’re looking for after last summer’s search at a property Brooks Houck owned at the time of Crystal’s death. Will keep you posted and I am once again on pins and needles!

The FBI said this week it has renewed the search for Crystal Rogers, the mother of five who went missing over seven years ago in Kentucky.

Agents arrived early Monday to a farm in Bardstown, Kentucky, that was one of the last places Rogers was seen alive before she disappeared. The farm is owned by the family of Brooks Houck, Rogers' boyfriend at the time of her disappearance, who was also named as a suspect by police in 2015.

I remember this case from when it started. I had no idea Crystal's father was gunned down. What would be the chances these deaths are not connected?

He was like a dog with a bone and made it perfect clear...he would NEVER stop until he found his daughter and got justice for her.
BOOm! he was assasinated....

who happened to now drive the brother's cruiser that is suspected of having dna evidence.
