They have a gun that the brother NH sold to an under cover LEO and he used a fake name.
They were doing ballistic testing on it but have'nt heard anything about it since BH was arrested, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.
I'm pretty sure it was BH arraingment when Prosecutor Shane Young dropped the bomb shell about NH selling a gun to an under cover ATF. Prosecutor Young said that at that point the Ballistics met 4 out of the 5 criteria for possibly being the gun used in Tommy Ballards murder.

They have been with the Houcks and he is apparently under Rhonda’s guardianship since Brooks’ incarceration. Sherry was denied visitation years ago.
Sorry I thought you were asking about Eli. The girls were with Sherry but they are adults now.

WHAS11.com is not showing these documents but to be fair we had an Ian alert today regarding a missing autistic boy who was unfortunately found deceased. Understandably he has been the lead story today. Anyone else familiar with an Ian alert? New to me but apparently covers only missing autistic children named for another missing child who went missing in Kentucky in 2022.

There is proof in these transcripts that Brooks’ sister lied in her grand jury testimony regarding whether she knew they were practicing for recording testimony and what her answers would be. The new evidence came Tuesday, one week after Houck and Joseph Lawson were found guilty in Crystal Rogers' murder. In the documents, the state filed a motion to make the judge aware it planned to claim Rosemary and Nick Houck — Brooks' Houck's mother and brother — were part of the conspiracy to kill Rogers.
