KY - Death of Man in Police Custody Under Investigation.

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Troopers are investigating the death of a man who was taken into police custody late last week in Louisa, according to Kentucky State Police.


An autopsy was conducted Saturday at the State Medical Examiners Office in Frankfort. The final report is not available yet.

At this time, results of the preliminary investigation do not show criminal actions involving any law enforcement officers. The death remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
