HAZARD, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police are asking for help from the public in locating a missing Breathitt County woman.

Troopers say 58-year-old Debbie L. Lacaria, of Jackson, was reported missing back on March 10th by a family member who grew concerned after not having contact with her for several weeks.
