First witness of the day is the defendant’s stepdaughter Emma. She’s one of his alibi witnesses for the night of the murders. #KYvMartin @Courttv

"I felt like someone was going to kill me to punish Kit."

The defendant's fiancée breaks down on the stand but did her testimony actually help the defense?

They are on lunch for me. I've realized this is not 'LIVE' per say LOL. As it went form the banker lady and then Julia Jenae is on camera talking in less than 5 mins.
First was Emma Spencer, dau of current fiancee
Second was Austin Spencer, son of current fiancee
Third was ? Spencer, current fiancee-they all spoke that the front door did not open/close. She spoke about a camera at their back door, LE asked about it but never viewed it nor came back for a copy.
Fourth was ? Durham, friend of the Phillips-older lady who was packing the kitchen, had to sit on the floor, realized the ceiling fan was dirty, decided to sweep the kitchen floor, and found a piece of 'bullet' when she swept along the fridge.
Fifth was Steve Durham, friend of the Phillips, very hostile guy, son of the above lady. When Joan was mentioned he said he knew her, but what was a friend. He knew Joan's son worked next door to his business at Dollar General. But didn't know who he(the son) was. (IMO, this guy was a liar liar pants on fire) testified Cal called him over, talked briefly about the house, but wanted to tell him if something happened to him it was Martin.
Sixth was ?, friend of the Phillips, older man, testified Cal called him and mentioned if something happened to him it was Martin.
Seventh was ?, Bank coworker of Pam Phillips, (She is handicapped and sat in front of the box and I couldn't hear her well ) who talked about Cal not answering to receive the long awaited washer about 11 am, I think she said. Pam left work, again, I couldn't hear the time, at 6 pm on the 18th the coworker sent a text to Pam that went unanswered. And then the coworker being notified the next day Pam was missing.

On stand after lunch.
Lindsey McGraw-sales rep ATT-Dec 31-phone was brought into her store-phone on Cal Phillips acct. She notified her supervisor and called LE. At the time, security was viewed by her and the Detective. The phone is an i-phone but she can't recall version.

Cross-ATT can no longer play the security video. Showed an adult woman. Detective knew who the woman was.

Done

and "who" is he? the cyber security guy? :)

He owns the property where the burned car was found. He had "some" video from his security cameras.

Mr. Hommick on stand. (He is a hoot ;))He lived in the barn across from a field.
He remembered two explosions, his neighbor knocked on the door and woke him up about 8am. Thought someone was burning trash.
Earl(neighbor) called 911. This is on the 19th.
The night before he heard two explosions when asleep. He heard two shots. He thought someone was hunting at night(it's allowed in KY).
The time was 2:15 or 2:13 am. He went back to sleep.
Detectives took pictures of his truck and tires. He had been out there day before and no car was out there.
He's under surveillance 24/7 with cameras inside and out on his property.
(He keeps giving defendant the hairy eyeball imo)

Cross-Camera only points up the road. Not in the direction of the car burn site.
Defense is playing security video. 23:56 shows smoke going across the screen. Witness states it could be fog.

Re direct-shots he heard were not close to where car was burned. He saw the film(video) where a car was flying down his road.
He did nto hear the car, he heard the explosions.
