I agree that dental pic added to Namus is quite disturbing, however I think it is very important information and makes rule in/outs much easier. Her smile on pics would be very distinctive and there are some members here who are quite excellent in spotting any dental detail. That smile would be identifiable even on photos of her much younger or with completely different hairstyle or on pics that might not resemble her perfectly on the first look.

Pic also shows that her face was really freckled which is not that noticeable on her previous post mortem pic.

I agree that the teeth photo is helpful. She has pretty distinctive crooked front teeth that would probably be noticeable in photos where she's smiling.

What about this MP? http://charleyproject.org/cases/p/payne_carolann.html

The date of her disappearance is unclear, with archived news article often listing it as "early" or "spring" 1985.

Height: MP 5'0"-5'1" -- UID 4'11"
Weight: MP 145-155 lbs -- UID 100 lbs (measured) -- This is admittedly quite a mismatch
Hair color: MP blonde/strawberry -- UID red
Age: MP 35 -- UID 25-35

The UID had a scar on her abdomen; the MP did as well (from two C-sections and surgery.)
Both the UID and MP have crooked front teeth.
The UID may have been hitching a ride; the MP was described as a drifter with no fixed address at the time of her disappearance.

I like this one a lot but the date of August listed in CP makes me question it. Sounds like it could be earlier though. I'm more concerned by the fact that it sounds like her boyfriend murdered her by (allegedly) shooting her in the head, presumably a lot closer to home.

NamUS & another artist composite is very much older looking. The NamUS does have postmortem, I don't think she looks as old as the artist composite. I think it's the matter of death & retouching adding age. There age is a 5 year different & the height is 5" off. The 5" height would be a red flag, I'm not sure how reliable it for the missing though. Missing was a ward of the state at time of disappearance & I think can account for that. I did research the missing & reviewed more public photos. I think I can see a slight discoloration of the tooth of the missing in the NamUS photo. The missing was only recently add to any database as her family was unaware she went missing from DHS. Why do you think?

Oh, one more thing. The Eagle Necklace. My dad had one just like it. His was a silvery/pewter color (probably solid silver.) He received his while he was in the Air-force. The more I look it up on google images the more I'm convinced it's the Air Force Eagle. JMO

I think so too. I looked up vintage air force pendant and found some very similar. I've add the missing I believe is this unidentified. She was placed in foster care but briefly, 6 months, when to stay with family at Grand Forks Air Force base in North Dakota.

I'd never seen this girl on any websites either until you mentioned her, either. But I searched and found a story about her that has more info than NamUS, plus at least one additional pic.
You may have seen it too, as it is where saw the Air Force base mentioned. I didn't see that part on NamUS if it was there.

Siblings ask for info to help find their long-lost sister who was last seen in the 80's (Missing Persons of America, 11/5/2015)
After six short months she was taken back to Oklahoma and left with a children’s home in El Reno, OK. From there it is believed that she possibly went to Whitaker Children’s Orphanage in Pryor, Ok, then to Lloyd E Rader in Sand Springs, then to Owasso Children’s Baptist Home. There they do have confirmed a hand-written record of her being put into Tulsa DHS custody and that is where our paper trail ends.

I didn't see GFAFB in namUS either. The family has a FB page as well. They have I believe the same pics as the missingpersons link.

I'm a little unsure of what I should & shouldn't be linking in this forum. I wouldn't & understand not to contact the family. I of course wanted to research for the facts. I know we have to back up all quotes & give credits with links.

The reason I didn't link the FB is I didn't want the family, still in a very active new search, to stumble upon my post. I saw others on the family's FB page had linked some namUS.The family has to ready for the worse in a case but I'm an amateur. I'm not qualified to give or take away hope.

The just posting of namUS on public page & without saying at least "I think I found a connection would you like to see it?" was very inappropriate, IMO. While I would never do the later, is it appropriate to link the family ran FB page in this forum?

Also do you think I'm seeing what I want to see or is something actually there with the potential match?

Dates don't match.

If it's a page set up to help find a missing person, yes you can link. :)

Side to side. It looks like JD has less chin. The eyebrows look different too.

Based on some pretty crude parameters (height, weight, hair and eye color, pregnancy, age), I thought about Charlotte Heimann for a bit. http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/2170dfny.html After all, how many petite natural redheads could disappear in the early eighties?

However, Charlotte had a gap between her front teeth, not an overlap. And she'd had knee surgery and a pin, which seems very unlikely to be missed in an autopsy, right?

Aside from that, I don't think the pictures match Jane Doe either, though it's hard to tell. The black and white shot of Charlotte looks quite different from the color ones (and from Jane Doe), but none of the color ones are close up. And there's the timing. She disappeared in 1981, and left behind a child.

I'd submit her, GhostInShell.

Someone mentioned Lisa Renee in the thread.
http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/w/wilson_lisa.html
I think JD looks mostly like her. Even though it says that JD gave birth, Lisa could have given birth much later too as it sounds from the circumstances causing her to disappear.

I see a lot of similarities. The right eyebrow. The right nostril. The teeth seems to match from what is visible.
