Thursday, July 9th:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9am ET) – KY – Josephine Mia Bulubenchi (3) (Dec. 8, 2018, Albany; had throat slit by uncle, died Dec. 9, 2018) - *Emanuel Flutur (33/now 34) (uncle) arrested (12/8/18) & charged & arraigned (12/11/18) with murder, 2 counts of 1st degree assault & 4 counts of wanton endangerment. Plead not guilty. $1M bond.
Trial was set to begin on 5/11/20 but cancelled due coronavirus.
12/18/18 Update: Case goes to the Grand Jury. Remains in jail, bond is now at $1M (from $500K). Next pretrial conference hearing on 3/5/20. 3/5/20: pretrial hearing continued.
5/11/20 Update: Trial was postponed due to coronavirus. Next pretrial conference hearing on 6/4/20. 6/4/20 Update: Next pretrial conference hearing on 7/9/20.
