Justin’s story has FINALLY hit the news media & other counties law enforcement!!!! This is finally a step in the right direction to his disappearance being taken seriously. Praying for action & answers to follow.

The point of this group is to continue to bring awareness to his story, in hopes it will get to someone who can give information on his whereabouts. For those of you who aren’t local & haven’t seen anything on families personal pages; Justin has been missing since September 4, 2020. He was observed walking to the neighbors (B. & N. S.) home around 1:57am. Local law enforcement are currently looking for the husband & wife duo, as they may have information regarding Justin that could be helpful to this case.

If anyone sees or hears anything please contact the Bullitt County Sheriffs office at 502-543-2514 case number 20-050119.

Was expecting the area to be somewhat rural, but it isn't. Not far south of Lousville and very near the Kentucky Turnpike. The neighbors being unavailable this long raises my eyebrows. Is it possible Justin left to go somewhere with them ? I don't recall Justin's phone being mentioned - did he have it with him ?

Detectives and family members asking for help finding missing Bullitt County man

Family members and sheriff’s detectives say Burt was last seen leaving his mother's house on Angelina Road, not far from East Blue Lick Road. .

Police don’t believe Burt was taken against his will but believe he may be in danger because of what he left behind.

“That’s one of the reasons we have determined he’s in danger is that there is medication he has been prescribed and needs to be taking it," Sholar said.

Sholar said they’ve also not been able to confirm reports of gunfire in the area on the night Burt disappeared.

Hey there. Justin is my brother. His phone was never located & there’s no way he would have went anywhere willingly without telling us. The 2016 Facebook account isn’t his current account. He & the neighbors haven’t been active since the night he went missing. The neighbors are aware he’s missing but haven’t come to speak with law enforcement knowing we have questions. They’re even being evicted from their home because they still haven’t come home.

Bullitt County woman arrested after disappearance of Justin Burt

An arrest report for Nicole Stivers says she admitted to stabbing a man, then kidnapping him, then driving them to Indiana, and finally forcing them into the Ohio River.

Stivers was arrested in Summit County Ohio for crimes in Kentucky. She waived her extradition rights and was booked into the Bullitt County Jail on Nov. 4.

wow, those are the neighbors noted above in @Krissy lefevere's post, Nicole and Brandon Stivers.
Sounds like justice should be served in the nearish future, and hopefully answers for the family.

NS was found 350 miles away, after LE had been searching for her for a month. They only briefly mentioned her husband, Brandon, who they had also been searching for. I am assuming they've not found him yet, wish the article had made that clear.

@Krissy lefevere, I am so so sorry for your loss and I feel free to speak on behalf of other websleuths members when I say that I cannot imagine how you're feeling right now, but so hope that justice can bring you just a little bit of peace and some closure for getting some answers. portland is 30ish minutes from where whatever happened took place. Nicole recanted her story about the Ohio river & said he was left on a street but he was alive when she left. We don’t believe that. Her husband didn’t have a warrant when they were found originally. That’s why only she was arrested. He was supposedly going to get a lawyer & come in for an interview. He never showed of course. Since then I’m assuming some kind of evidence/info has been discovered because he’s now wanted & the charges on his warrant are the same as hers I believe. Tampering with evidence, kidnapping & assault. I’m not on here much & can’t figure out how to attach a photo. But his wanted poster is on the Bring Justin Home Facebook page. Please keep sharing!

Judge denied Nicole’s bond to be lowered. The next pretrail date is February 22. Final pretrial is March 21 and trial date March 22.
