Kelly S. Harris was last seen 12:35 a.m. Aug. 8 off Victory Street in East Bernstadt, which is four miles north of London.

Harris is described as a white woman, 41 years of age, 5' 3", medium build, light complexion and brown shoulder-length hair.

I have found a current FB account of a Kelly Harris from London, Kentucky. I am 99% sure this is the same woman who was listed as missing back in 2018. The one picture that was used in the missing photos is distorted (looks to be taken on an angle) and is possibly flipped. The woman I have found has the same eyebrows, space between eyebrows, crooked smile with straight point on one side of lips and downturned point on opposite side, nostril shape - one rounded and pointing upward and one wider and pointing to the side. Chin shape, uneven smile line shapes etc.

Not sure how to confirm this - the person is no longer on Namus (if they ever were).
