- Right upper arm laterally is a 4" by 1.25" faded tattoo of a design with several words. the word 'mother' is identified. The other words may be 'in memory'
- Right forearm posteriorly is a 2" by 1" faded crude tattoo of the letters 'MH'
- Left forearm anteriorly is a 1.5" by 1.5" faded tattoo of a design with the word 'Helen'
Clothing: Dirty blue jeans, black belt, plaid shirt, 2 wool socks, worn brown shoes with heels worn off and holes worn through the soles.

The victim was found in the woods near Locust Pike Park by two park employees.
