Brian Epperson was indited by a grand jury and arrested for the murder of Kristen Powell. She died from an overdose, but the levels of meth found were so astronomical and her family/friends say she didn't do drugs or even drink. Evidence links the suspect to 2 other deaths, plus another possible victim that did not die. This is definitely one to watch as it seems there could be more victims. One death was from Nov 2024 and it was only after the recent deaths they were able to connect the dots and the link to Brian Epperson.

This guy didn't just supply drugs, he drugged them. So, this isn't a case of a drug dealer being charged when someone dies. One of the women was abducted and found in a hotel room he booked. One was found in an Air B & B he rented. LE is asking for others to come forward if they have had an encounter with him. One-woman describes her encounter with him in an article I posted above. She didn't die but believes she was drugged by him also.

This is so scary because these deaths may be just seen as Overdoses if not for the connection LE was able to find, and the extremely high levels of meth found. Not typical for a regular overdose.

Here is the article where the police are seeking information from anyone that has had encounters with Epperson.

The Winchester Police Department announced on Tuesday that detectives would like to speak with anyone who has had a personal relationship with Brian Epperson, has used Epperson as a contractor, or Epperson has had access to or completed maintenance inside their residence in the past three years.

“Our detectives continue to comb through a lot of evidence that we have, and we continue to find some alarming things and so we think it’s necessary to speak to anyone that’s had those personal relationships or interactions with Mr. Epperson,” said Chief Thompson

This is particularly heinous, IMO. He subdued his victims by drugging them. Looking at his mug shot, this man is huge.
Sickening. Thank goodness, he’s behind bars. I can’t believe there’s not more in the news about these crimes. Thank you @justtrish for posting them here!
