I'm being told the autopsy results in the death of Laynee Wallace may not be fully released to the public, if they are released at all.

Please excuse my ignorance...

But why would the autopsy results NOT be released to the public?

if he faces no charges in regard to her death.....i.e., the autopsy shows nothing that leads to a homicide charge, god forbid

otherwise of course the public would be privy as the autopsy would be part of the investigation and trial

Mom seems very elusive to me, she has deleted her facebook and there has just been a funeral for little Laynee but it was very hush-hush b/c mom and family didn't want Laynee's dad to attend.This is talk around town, and apparently it must be true, there's pictures on the net of Laynee's graveside, but I can't post them here. This is so terrible and heartbreaking.

If this is true (not doubting you, GeminiGirl, but the talk around town), I would think Laynee's father could sue the funeral home and cemetery for not advising him of the services. You can't just have a SECRET FUNERAL of the daughter your boyfriend MURDERED just to keep the father away!

At the very LEAST, the funeral home could have had separate services for mother's family and father's family.

I am just sick with the thought that her mother could get away with something so low.

Why is the mother being so well protected?????????

Something isn't right here.

it's true, i saw the pics on fb .........disgusting............and it was the stepmother of the father that had to report laynee missing...........

A press release just sent out from the Barren County Commonwealth Attorney's Office says more charges against Anthony Barbour are coming.

the release says the Commonwealth Attorney plans to present charges to a grand jury against Barbour relating to the death of Laynee Wallace.

Charges will also relate to "Mr. Barbour's conduct after her death". The grand jury is scheduled to meet again at the end of June.





and there's the "abuse of a corpse" charge i'd expect to see

Sources close to the situation say police are actively searching the property near where Laynee Wallace's body was found on Memorial Day.

The property that's being searched is owned by Anthony Barbour's family. Laynee Wallace's body was found in a well nearby last week.

Did I get that wrong?

Or has the date been moved?

Still no word from or about the mother. That seems so strange to me. I wonder why and also wonder who has the little twin sister.:thinking:

The July 6 court date set for Anthony Barbour will be a pre-trial conference. He will no longer appear in court on June 8.


after he was indicted his court dates changed..........this was posted a page or two back.........don't worry, i'll bump the heck out of this thread when it's court time
