Missing Pulaski County woman's family fears for her safety
[...]

Brumley's mother ADH says it has been a painful time in her household.

"We have been just sitting around and holding each other and crying," ADH said. "We just keep praying she is going to come home."

ADH says her daughter battled addiction with heroin and methamphetamine, and while she spent most of her nights on friends' couches, she always tried to keep contact with her family. When the phone calls and Facebook posts ended, the family knew something was wrong.

[...]

"Help us find her either alive or dead because if she is dead, I need to bury her the right way instead of leaving her laying somewhere," ADH said.

[...]

Even more chilling was a message she sent to one of her close friends saying she was in danger.

Deputies have executed a search warrant in a remote area of the county, but they would not elaborate further. They are following up on multiple tips, including sightings in other states.

Police: Person of interest arrested in Pulaski County missing person case
  1. CH was arrested just after 1 a.m. Tuesday.
  2. He is not charged in the disappearance of LB but is being held in connection with several outstanding warrants not connected to the case.
  3. LE received hundreds of tips in Brumley's case and some of that information led them to CH; they found him in a car on Adams Road.
  4. "The information we got was that there was a tent inside the vehicle that he was in, and that was where he was staying at, inside the tent," said Pulaski County Sheriff's Lieutenant Detective Bobby Jones.
  5. CH was wanted on warrants of handgun possession, marijuana and other charges.
  6. When LE questioned him about LB, he said he wanted to talk to his attorney first and have that attorney with him when questioned.
  7. LE said CH was with LB before she vanished, and they are starting to make some progress in the case.
  8. "Because there is a little boy who is seven years old, going every day without his mommy. That is hard," said LB's sister. When asked about CH's arrest, she said it "made it a lot easier, a lot less stressful. I'm wondering when will her story be over?"
  9. LE are not sure what CH's relationship was with LB.
  10. They expect to file more charges against him soon.
  11. CH is in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
