KY KY - Lexington, WhtMale 20-70, UP16351, “David M Ross” food stamp card, ATL shirt, dime in palm, blue “IZOD” fleece zip up, hair band, Jun’16

Although I am appreciative of everyone’s interest in true crime and especially websleuths I am thrilled with the recent interest in Kentucky cases. May I inquire as to what has enticed you guys? Also we have our work cut out with the Bardstown cases among others but I sincerely look forward to helping with all of this!

I decided to try and find an area to focus on (ADHD can be helpful at times and pain in the rear at other times ;) ) and one day, for some reason, I thought Kentucky would be a small enough state (I’m from Texas) with a smaller number of UID cases that I could focus my attention on. I tend to be more productive when I have a specific task.

Now it has snowballed into our little Kentucky Project! :) And I also realize now that Kentucky is not so small and has its fair share of UID...all of whom haven’t gotten nearly the attention they deserve!! So, I’m stuck in Kentucky and Kentucky is stuck with me! :p I’m so thrilled with all the people who have helped and shown interest in this! I truly did not expect it to become what it has but am thankful it has!

UID is described as 5'4" Bradley is almost 6' too much of a difference. Keep looking, don't rule out other states.

I’m hoping we’ll get a little better info on our guy here, I just wanted to leave the MP here in case...probably just a coincidence, the names. ;)
(I don’t rule out much of anything, even when it’s been ruled out! :D... the search continues!)

“Recovered from within the left back pants pocket is a hair band.”

Might this mean he had long-ish hair?

I would take it to point that direction, anyway. Which would point away from Bradley Ross.

(? for ME) Specifics on PMI, location of discovery and possibly a more narrow age range

I know it has been confirmed that the UID isn't David M Ross but I do wonder how he ended up with the mans food stamp card. That seems like an odd thing to just come across unless the original owner dropped it in a store and this guy picked it up. Also the dime in his hand is definitely odd to me I don't know if it has meaning or not but it's certainly something different to look into.

Hello again David.

Hello again David.

Assuming LE did find THIS David M. Ross, he should have some idea of who might have his foodstamp card. Or are they assuming he is alive and well since they haven't found him reported dead or missing?

I don't know what other info is on that card, but there has to be an ID number, perhaps a where-issued location and date (expiry date?) -- any chance of getting a photo of it?
