Amber Alert: Paducah Police looking for missing juvenile

Paducah police still are searching for a teen-ager missing from her home since early this morning, but have determined a man she has been communicating with via social media did not come to Paducah to get her.
L. K. H. told police about 5 a.m. today that her foster daughter, M. E. E., is missing from their home on North Valley Road. The girl took a blanket and her small dog with her.
E. is described as 5-foot-3 and about 100 pounds with green eyes and blonde hair. She reportedly has been communicating with a man from Pennsylvania. Detectives worked diligently throughout the morning to locate the man, and coordinated with Pennsylvania authorities to make contact with him. They verified that he had not come to Paducah, and E. was not with him.
Anyone with information about E.’s whereabouts is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at 270/444-8550. I hope that all resources are being utilized in the effort to bring her to safety. And her beloved doggie. Wonder if she has her medications, if she is under care of physicians. A lot of questions, praying M. is not considered just a run away and that she contacts someone she trust if that's possible. Where are you M.?
