Found Deceased KY - Mary Jo Allen, 29, Lee County, 10 Aug 2017

I generally try to steer clear of FB. Is that where you found that at? Both of the dead ladies dated the same guy?

But that would make sense, since two women were basically found murdered in the same spot.

I can't imagine a guy offing two significant others in the same place unless he killed them both at the same time. These killings were a few years apart. That would be kinda stupid. Not that killing your girlfriend would ever be a particularly "smart" thing to do. But the same exact place in a tiny rural area a few years apart?
My heart breaks for her family and those who loved Mary Jo.
I'm certain this isn't a coincidence that both ladies who dated him were murdered. I hope justice is served swiftly.

Due to speculation I'd imagine?

Usually in the UK if someone has been charged with a crime but not convicted the article will be closed to comments so as not to create ubfair bias or taint a jury pool. Not sure how it works in the US.

LE must have their reasons in this case anyhow. They may already suspect foul play and don't want to tip anyone off to that fact?

I read news from over the pond every once in a while but haven't paid much attention to the the "comment" section of the stories.

Do they have decent (maybe I should say "civil" or "relevant") people that comment on news stories in the UK?

Here in the states, comments rarely relate to the actual stories they're attached to. Crimes like this become troll-city. It's boils down to accusations that "something Obama said under his breath to his cousin 1983" or "Trump's racist antics" are the reason that someone was killed or a child was abused. It's especially bad on WKYT, for some reason. That's where many of the stories related to this crime came from. Just look around their website and hit "see comments" at the bottom of the stories. They're full of nameless people insulting one another, even when/if they don't get down to irrelevant ranting about politics.

Also, I saw a story (can't remember where at the moment) that said she was from Rogers, KY. That's north of Lee County and would make, if the home was in Lee County, even more out "in the sticks." So she was really out in BFE, which makes it so much more likely that two victims at the same address are connected.

Her road (KY-2016) is about ⅔ to the right in the Lee County map and the yellow line at the bottom left of the Wolfe County map.
