A manhunt is underway for a suspect in a Henry County slaying. Investigators are looking for Terry Whitehouse, 37. Police said early Thursday that Whitehouse kidnapped his wife, Melinda, and her mother from Eminence.
Her mother was released, but police believe he still has Melinda and she should be considered in danger.

Police said after Melinda’s mother was let go in Shelby County, she had police check on her home. When officers arrived, they found a man dead inside.

Investigators believe he and his wife are in a white Town & Country van with license plate 647FPB.

According to the Local, warrants were issued for Whitehouse on the kidnapping and domestic violence.

Eminence is a small town in Henry County around 38 miles northeast of Louisville.

They both have a FB -looks like 5 kids and they married in 2002 right out of high school. I can't link because my work computer blocks FB so I look them up on my phone
I fear for this woman. Hope she can be located safely for the sake of those children!

So glad to hear. I was just sitting here thinking of her and popped on to see this update. great news for her. very sorry to hear about the death of her mother's husband tho. I'm assuming he was trying to protect the ladies when he was murdered. sad.
