If you follow her timeline her relationship status changed in September and she seemed really happy. New guy, well loved grandchildren in her life. Then there were a number of posts about male/female relationships that were concerning, and then one about domestic violence that was quite troubling. I don't have a good feeling about this one.

I have noticed that there are a lot of missing persons out of Laurel County, KY. Do you think it is just because they are more active in getting the public involved in mp cases or there are actually more people that go missing in this area?

I wonder that, too. I have noticed police departments that do exceptional social media work where others just post stuff to praise themselves (such as Chicago PD / Cook County SO) and you rarely find a missing person on their Facebook/Twitter pages. I think Laurel County is good with that. I really doubt Cook County has less missing persons than Laurel County, lol.

I notice that there are several LE agencies that get it out there on sm, but never update their posts. The person could be found, but they never say. That is somewhat frustrating, since people could be still trying to help, but the person was found days/months prior.

Yes, ask for the public’s help, then left hanging...For instance Karis Durr from Houston. I get no response on Twitter or Fb (the station that aired the story).

They could at least update their own posts on FB/Twitter. MSM would likely update their info if it came from LE in the first place.
