KENTUCKY (WFIE) - Two men are still missing from Kentucky.

Its the one year anniversary of a Hopkins County man's disappearance.

Authorities say 42-year-old Rodney "Bo" Hale went missing last year and search teams and law enforcement are continuing to search for clues.

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Personal belongings of a missing Madisonville man were found near human remains, but authorities have not yet released the identity of the body.

They also helped in the search for a missing Muhlenberg Co. man, whose body was found two weeks ago. They now have five active cases they're investigating.

One of them is Bo Hale, who's been missing for over a year now.

According to Sheriff&#8217;s Office officials, the remains have been determined to be Rodney Brent (Bo) Hale.

We spoke to Lori Gentry, Bo Hale's sister, Wednesday morning after she says she hasn't been able to get answers from the Commonwealth Attorney's Office.

One of the things she asked about was the whereabouts of a key witness.

Jessica Settle has turned state's evidence against Craig Davenport, the man accused of killing Hale with an axe and buying his body in a culvert over three years ago.

The Commonwealth Attorney says Craig Davenport pled guilty Monday to second degree manslaughter in the death of Rodney 'Bo' Hale...

Davenport was indicted by the Grand Jury and pled guilty Monday to second degree manslaughter, tampering with physical evidence, and intimidating a witness.

Officials say he will get 7 years for manslaughter, 5 for tampering, and 5 for intimidation.

A Hopkins County man is sentenced to 10 years in jail for second degree manslaughter, trafficking and witness intimidation while on probation.

Craig Davenport pleaded guilty last month to the manslaughter charge in connection with the death of Rodney 'Bo' Hale.
