What is the reasoning for possible jurors to answer jury questions At home? If other trial jurors can answer in the court house so should these potential jurors! Why is defense making them so special?

What is the reasoning for the defense “to challenge more portential jurors?”

Defense is not special....she is not special...she shot a human many times.

Cincinnati Enquirer reports today May 10, 2018. Huber’s and Richard McBee aka Unique Talor, another inmate (transgender women) filed for marriage license this past Monday.

The Campbell County Detention Center's online inmate database lists her as Richard McBee, a 41-year-old man facing charges of robbery and acting as a fugitive from justice. But Taylor identifies as a woman and said the detention center refuses to recognize her as such.

Shayna Hubers marries in the Campbell County Jail

NEWPORT, Ky. (WKRC) - Shayna Hubers is a married woman. Hubers, who is awaiting her second trial for the murder of her boyfriend in Highland Heights, married Richard McBee in the Campbell County Jail Thursday.

McBee is a fellow inmate and also goes by the name Unique Taylor.

here was a pretrial hearing at 12:15 p.m. today at the courthouse in Newport. Campbell Circuit Judge Dan Zalla talked with prosecutors and defense attorneys about what was going to be admissible at trial.

Zalla said he decided it wasn't fair to review Hubers' first trial.

"This court has not reviewed the prior trial," he said.

Jury selection is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

I hope the second jury also gets it right.

I hope she gets a harsher sentence this time.

This is so unnerving. Hubers is a killer and was convicted in a court of law, and now she gets a do-over!

Scary indeed that this killer could go free. She is extremely dangerous because she is attractive enough that men will not be able to think clearly before getting involved with her.

She's just as guilty and the evidence is just as compelling. Common sense says she will be convicted again.

But you never know what a jury is going to do.
