I am one who is open to the idea of her possibly leaving the house under her own free will, but I was thinking maybe an Uber or Lyft account vs calling a friend. The 8:30am phone turn off is what opened this possibility for me. Though I will say it seems much more likely the men are somehow involved. MOO
Based on media reports and mother she has no purse or money. Or phone after 8:30 am at best.

I'd thought of that, but, wouldn't there have had to have been blood evidence in that home if it happened in that home? Blood doesn't just wipe away, it's very difficult to get rid of. Even w/o sex, if she started hemorrhaging, say in the car, and died, or at another home, and died, and they transported her body, there would be evidence of that in the car, I'd think?
I'm still wondering if she made it to the house or if there was a stop made in between.

Just a note of caution about posting info from facebook. TOS

I considered that. I didn't say which group, who said it etc. But if I shouldn't say a thing posted in those groups I won't. I've posted on this forum before where others were sharing tons of info off of FB closed groups so I decided it was alright to do so. I have no problem not saying a word.

With the Uber and Lyft apps, you can have your credit card information saved in it. So it would be as simple as opening the app and requesting a ride. As someone said upthread, calling a friend would be unlikely as phone records would show it. I also don’t think she would wander out of the house without a ride, unless under duress.

Again, just playing devil’s advocate to see if there could be any other ways she could disappear not involving 1 or all of the men. MOO

I just did some reading on hemorrhaging after child birth. Up to twelve weeks after giving birth this can happen, it's not common. Filling a pad in an hour or less is considered hemorrhaging. I would think if intoxicated it could cause more problems because of blood pressure etc.

C Section causes this risk to be more common and twin births leave a greater risk of hemorrhaging but didn't say up to twelve weeks after.

Lots of articles about this when you Google it.

Interesting- that would definitely open up more possibilities. If there was a question about whether she made it there or not, would they be able to get a search warrant for the house? I’d guess the car still, but not sure about the house.

I’m not sure that can be brought up here. I think unless it’s reported in MSM, it is considered FB rumor (though some do prove to be true). ;)
Yes not even media reports can be considered fact. Police even give out faulty information. I posted I didn't know if it was true.

She was just at 6 weeks so could have had complications, we don't know how her delivery of twins went or what the Dr. told her.

Could be an OD but I'm more inclined to think she was raped and died some way by resisting. I'm open to other reasons. Waiting on some more facts.
I'm inclined to think any sex would have been consensual. jmo

I apologize if you are offended. Your earlier posts were talking about the head injury as if it was a fact. Other posters started to comment as if it was as well and I was confused as well because I had never seen anything about that. Maybe ask an admin just in case, but I think it is against TOS to bring in FB rumors. If it was shared within comments on the official FB page, you can link that and say check out comments made by XX person. My understanding is it can't be discussed. MOO

If she didn't make it to the house, I can't think of a reason why one of the men said she did.

Looks like info is starting to be released here and there

Feb 4th report

["The two friends went to Lexington around 10 p.m. While at the bar, Savannah Spurlock’s friend left because the two got into an argument, Savannah’s mother said.]

["Ellen Spurlock said she called Savannah about 2:30 a.m."]

[“I was like, ‘Where are you at? You should be home by now,’” Ellen Spurlock said. “I guess she didn’t like my tone of voice and she hung up. She FaceTimed me right back from a car, and she said, ‘Everything is fine. I’m just having fun with friends. I promise I will be home later this morning.’ She seemed fine to me. She didn’t seem upset or under duress. She was coherent. Whenever she says she’s going to do something, she does it. She’s very responsible.'”]
‘I’m begging you.’ Missing Kentucky woman’s mom thinks men have more to tell.
BBM

Also;
Richmond police confirmed Spurlock made it to the Garrard County residence

And; Her mom said earlier that SS was "very intoxicated". Most folks aren't fine and coherent, when they are very intoxicated (then again, maybe my interpretation of very intoxicated is different than her mom's). It was also reported, in the beginning, that there was another girl in the car too, could be that the one guy's hair is long? Was there another female who left the house earlier and confirmed she was there? It's all so strange, that I think that early on, some believed, that she just took off, and would show up after awhile.

I think she and the friend got mad, she chose to not ride home with her, and got a lil lit, and still wanted to have some fun. Had struck up a convo with one of the guys at the bar, and decided to head out with him for an "after party". IF she was a former heavy user, or even a casual user, and she used hard drugs that night, combine that with alcohol, and her body not fully healed, it could have been a fatal mix, and it's just a matter of finding her. That's most folks' guess around here.

The boys may know that she left the home, with one of the them, that morning, but are covering for that one, also. She may have been out of it, and died later that day, somewhere else. They had to get her out of the home before the parents came home?

Just spitballing.

ITA Also if she called someone to get her they would know that by now and exactly who it was from phone records. So I don’t think it’s possible she called anyone. MOO
Can LE access phone records without the phone.

If LE could show a judge they had probable cause to believe there may have been a crime committed there OR evidence related to a crime they suspected in the home, for that matter anything related to the crime.

Also in this article it says she was with two men in the backseat and the third man was following in another car. I'm thinking this was just a flawed report by media. Who would be driving the car she was in if it was a total of three men, two in backseat with her and one following in another car?

There was a truck following. The LEO in Garrard, spotted the truck in question that they were searching for, and that helped them find the other two men. She rode home in the white car, that they towed from the home, from my understanding.

It was just a friendly reminder from someone that learned the hard way :p. I still go back and check rules.

Rsd~My spitballin’ is same as yours.
Wish heavy rains could get out of the area so searches are the river could continue. Water is already high, we need it to recede.

It’s really common for gals to rely on men to buy drinks.
