Exactly, that's what I am looking for. Can't speculate about specific unnamed suspects but that would be similar to Jesse Mayhew who murdered Hannah Graham and he worked at UVA med center with anesthesia. He had access.
Just remembering Hannah Graham now :( These wonderful young women...

There would have to be a record. Phone call, text, pin drop. Only the people who know Savannah would know if she was the type willing to walk miles in the cold. I doubt she did. I really think she didn't leave her last known location on her own. Best case now is someone abducted her and she is still alive or she had an elaborate plan to disappear.

It wouldn't have been miles. That's his parent's home that you see on the news. He doesn't live there. I'm pretty darn sure they all went to his place. If I'm right, she had only about a 3-5 minute walk to the middle of town.

I have no idea but wasn’t one of the guys (or more) parked in Good Samaritan Hospital’s garage and that’s where the video footage was taken? Wouldn’t be the first time a hospital employee helped themselves to drugs.

Actually I find this interesting as a means of Garrard Countians obtaining drugs; Ketamine, opioids or otherwise.

anyone know if either of these guys worked at Good Sam? Not sure why they would be parked there otherwise...

They parked there to go bar hopping across the street.

I had been assuming it was the parents' house. Is there anything like a convenience store or drugstore or coffee shop downtown? I'm thinking of a place she might reasonably have wanted to walk to for coffee or cigarettes or tampons or etc.

All within easy walking distance (.5 mile or less) of where he lives. retail shops, convenience stores, couple diners, Fire Dept., banks, courthouse, etc...

Edit: That was a Friday too, most little towns are busy opening up in the a.m., and that one has 27 (main highway), running right through the middle of it, N to S, and 52 running E to W. Both fairly busy highways.

I don't believe she walked anywhere, one of the men that was last seen with her knows exactly what happened to her!

We have all seen this same scenario play out countless times and its almost always one the people that they left a bar, house party etc with.

Somebody knows!

MOO

I figured when the waters receded, maybe... but, no sign.

That makes leaving on foot a lot more plausible than when I thought she had a couple of miles of roadside walking to get to anywhere.

Yeah, there are so many cases where somebody is harmed by the people they were partying with. But there are also many cases where somebody walking alone has been taken (Brittanee Drexel comes to mind).

They couldn’t have gained parking access there without a permit which is why I pondered if they had a work pass. IMO only employees with valid permits are allowed to park there. You can’t be a bar crawler and have access to that specific parking lot.
Do you know if it was indeed in the Good Sam lot? I know how difficult parking is in that area of town! TIA!

Walking in from his parent's home is doable but would have been difficult during that time period. It would have been, at min. , and on a great day, 1.5 - 2.0 hour walk. I can understand why they'd search both places, though.

It’s a big parking garage for staff and visitors. You don’t have to have a permit to gain access. It’s not free but it’s one of the better places to park. I’ve parked there quite a few times when going out downtown. It’s open 24 hours and there are always open spots late at night.

Judging from social media that we cannot bring here, that seems to be the only place that still has much activity, it seems that many locals now think she disappeared of her own volition, and that those closest to her know it, or at least suspect it. Wondering if any here that are local to the area get that same sense of the community's growing apathy, or if that is only the feelings of some loud internet trolls.

I really don’t think she took off on her own. I really dislike a lot of what I read on that SM page.

I've been reading how some EMS use ketamine for trauma patients. Anyone know if Fire/EMS/police in that area of Kentucky have access to Ketamine? Do they have to account for it? Were any of the people who accompanied SS to that house members of those agencies?

Ketamine isn’t something first responders would have access to. I know ketamine therapy is starting to gain traction but it’s still strictly controlled.

I thought LE said the group went to a home in rural Garrard county? Is that not accurate? Or are we talking about a town in rural Garrard county?

I’m very familiar with the Drexel case, however there is a distinct difference IMO.

Drexel left friends and was walking out by herself. And was then abducted and murdered by a stranger/strangers

SS left with a group of three strangers and was never heard from again.

But for a long time it wasn't known that BD was abducted and murdered by strangers. For years it was thought she was killed by the last people she was with.

Maybe SS woke up earlier than the guy who was going to give her a ride back to her car, and walked downtown to get a cup of coffee or something and kill some time until he woke up, and somebody snatched her off the street.

Walked downtown where? LE said she was taken to a home in Rural Garrard County

Last seen with friends and last seen with strangers..key difference imo

Here's another scenario just for thought.... Imagine an older guy, apparently well off, widower or single (or pretending to be single) liked (or targeted) SS from her waitress situation. He could have been a big tipper and always offering, or slowly offering to help her out. He could have offered her pretty much what she wanted and to take her where she wanted. SS would have been a perfect target at this point in life. Down on luck apparently. He could have established a friendship over time and gave her a number and said "Anytime, just call when you're ready to go". Then advance to that very low dark point. Asking herself what she was doing and she called or texted that number with an address to pick her up. The number could have been a prepaid drop phone. The police potentially would know with proper warrant for her phone's carrier. This sort of guy could have been a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 just waiting for that call, preying on certain females in certain situations or he could have been legit and actually took her somewhere. Sorry for more speculation. I hope the police talked extensively with the restaurant people she worked with.
