Authorities searching for 26-year-old woman in Madison Co.

Another missing Madison county female. Omg!

WLEX reported weather hampered the search for SS! No link on site yet. But, just heard a snippet on 7pm edition.
Hope zone Cajun searcher can stay, weekend will be much better. Plus, we have the new missing person case. Moo

They don't though. Many times, if the person is still alive, they'll call 911 and ditch. If they realize it is too late, they may have just hidden the body, hoping someone will find her, or not, and it will all go away. Remember, if she was doing drugs, she likely wasn't doing them alone, which means the others around her were not making exceptionally sound judgement calls themselves (especially if they were all taking hard drugs/drinking to excess).
I know it happens, but I think there was something more nefarious here. JMO

I agree. But if drugs were involved the person who should have called 911 could be an addict who wouldn't do what should be done. Especially if Kentucky is one of the states that will charge the person who supplied the drugs with murder. Haven't checked that out yet. Wrong in every way but happens.

Kentucky does charge the supplier. I think that it is wrong. There's three little words; No thank you.

I am having a hard time thinking they ever made it to the home w/the white car. Especially if that fella lives there with his parents. I'm leaning toward, going to a "connection's" place, and whatever happened, happened there.

I'll look up the source again, but I know that an earlier article I read said that one of the men who was with Savannah lives with his parents at the house from which the car was towed.

If Savannah did overdose on drugs, Kentucky has had a Good Samaritan law since the spring of 2015. Briefly, "The Good Samaritan Law was meant to give a pass to people who witness an overdose. They can get help for the victim without facing any punishment for possession of a small amount of drugs or paraphernalia."

Unfortunately, LE says that most people don't know the law exists or they think it is a trap. The Good Samaritan laws are saving lives in some places though. Van Ingram, director of Kentucky's Office of Drug Control Policy said, "If you look at Cincinnati, that has a similar law, and had 123 overdoses in a very short period of time, only three of which were fatal, people are calling."

ETA: "Police on the hunt for a missing Kentucky mom have interrogated two men who left a bar with her the night she vanished and executed a search warrant on the home of one of the men, where a car was towed away by authorities.

Because she left with or was with three men does not mean that ONE man did not offer to bring her to her friends house where the car was and she did not make it. Often during and after party you leave the bar with a group, but then group does not bring you to your home or vehicle, One does. I too do not think it was three that were in unison to harm her, but I also do not think this was an OD. I think she caught the wrong ride to her car. IMHO

I live in Kentucky and this is the first I've heard of this law. With that said, I'd not trust them either.

Hoping for green light on search tomorrow.

At least by Friday.
Now, the searcher might be needed in Madison county to look for a Amanda. hope she's not out in the wilderness. If so, she’s going to die.
See her thread for info.
