GUILTY KY - Sherry Hays, 46, Nebo, 2 November 2011

According to Sheriff’s Department officials, 46-year-old Sherry Hays of 15 Madison Street in Nebo was reported missing. Family members state that Hayes reportedly left the residence of her own accord. It was reported that Hays set out on foot on November 2nd with several plastic bags of her belongings.

HOPKINS COUNTY, KY (2/2/12)—At approximately 1pm this afternoon, February 2nd, area officials held a press conference regarding a murder in Hopkins County and revealed that the victim has been tentatively identified as missing 46 year-old Coiltown, KY resident, Sherry Hays

n December, officials say 32-year-old Joshua Osborne admitted to murdering 46-year-old Sherry Hays and hiding her body in a shallow grave near Dawson Springs.

Osborne received 5 years for tampering with evidence and 20 years for murder. The sentences will run concurrently, minus 764 days he has already been in jail.

In August, Joshua's wife, Stephanie, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence.
