Found Safe KY - Summer Hope Eckert, 28, Munfordville, 30 June 2020

•5′3″, 185-200 lbs
•brown hair and brown eyes
•wears dark framed glasses at times
•is educated in Native American heritage
•has a below lip piercing, and a nose bull ring
•also has several piercings in both ears
•has a sunburst flower tattoo in the center of her chest and a symbol of “Eternal Life” on her neck which looks like a snake eating its tail

•last seen June 30
•but went missing around the 27th previously & found (so missing again)
•has a guitar with her and possibly has a dark book or duffel bag

The Hart County Sheriff’s Office in Munfordville, Kentucky along with the Kentucky State Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old Summer Hope Eckert.
Summer Eckert is originally from Catawba County North Carolina and was under a Silver Alert in that State. She is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment and is without medication.

I gathered from the comments that people are mistakenly thinking she has been found, but that is when she went missing a few days before this time around.
There are several links I found about when she was previously missing. It confused me at first until I came across this link.

•last seen about 6:30pm on 29th
•she went missing in NC a few days prior, found, now missing again from KY
•wallet found in TN on 30th

She had also gone missing December 19th of 2017 and was located December 22nd of 2017. She had left the Catawba Valley Medical Center Emergency Department and was in need of medication as well.

Police: 26-year-old Hickory woman found safe after reported missing

Here is the missing information out of North Carolina when she went missing on June 27th before she was subsequently located before going missing again. She apparently has some form of Dementia.

NCDPS - Silver Alert - Active Alerts

In that release they mentioned a vehicle:

Make: Ford Model: F-150 Year: 2005 Color: Grey License Plate Number: FAM3898 Licensing State: NC

So, was she still in possession of that vehicle? I haven't seen anything about a vehicle in the linked stories.

Ms. Eckert was last seen on June 30 at a friend's home in Horse Cave, Kentucky. She is either hitchhiking or catching rides at truck stops. Her wallet was found on July 1 in the trucker's parking lot at the Solar Farm Welcome Center in Stanton, Tennessee.​

There is a post they shared from an Oklahoma Search and Rescue Organization that posted about Summer. There is a belief that she may be headed to Oklahoma or Arizona due to her "affinity for all things Native American". Also, it is mentioned that she had her guitar and guitar case with her.

July 21 post
The post shares a photo of Summer and her daughter. I wasn’t aware she was a mother. I pray she is somewhere safe & calls her family soon.

Also under the same post in a comment, the page stated the following on Wednesday:
•After a silver alert was issued in NC, she was found in KY. Unfortunately she is now missing again (June 30) after allowing her to sign herself out of jail.
Her wallet was found July 1 in Stanton TN which is about an hour from Memphis TN.
